做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入(rù )生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。
